Pours a clear straw honey with a finger of rocky head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some lacing. Aroma of pineapple and lemongrass. Taste follows nose.

my first beer from these guys and its excellent! a nice surprise, and a welcomed pint of ale after a long trip. its got a ton of flavor for being so low alcohol, a little haze but also is well refined, and is just brimming with mosaic, fresh as can be, i was super impressed with this! its golden yellow in the glass with a frosted look and a lot of brightness, good carbonation visible, and a pure white head rests on top with nice lace as i crush through this. aroma is really fresh and bold, but not a single bit of the green hop bite the plagues a lot of these, its measured and smart, with notes of lime, lemongrass, and white life saver candy, but not sweet at all when i taste it. lots of fruitiness to this, papaya and pineapple for sure, some fleshy orange too, all very fresh. a simple grain base here too, pale two row and a little white wheat maybe, less is more here for sure, and this feels plenty fluffy and not boring at all, not watery, and full of high energy carbonation, exactly what i want in a session type. there isnt much bitterness at the end, but its dry enough to be crisp and snappy without that, and the hops that do linger on the tongue are just awesome. really tasty stuff, i should have had more of them, but time was tight. never heard of these guys before this, but i am stoked on them now. the best hoppy beer i had on my recent trip to montana i think!

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a very hazy yellow-amber color with a one finer head of puffy white foam. The head has a decent level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a moderate level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very light overall with some light bready and cracker smells mixed with a little bit of citrus and herbal hop.
Taste – The taste begins somewhat tropical fruit taste with a good deal of pineapple, tangerine, and mango. Along with these tastes comes some grapefruit hop and a bit of herb and grass. Toward the end the sweet seems to increase a little bit all while some yeast and a touch of other light fruit comes to the tongue to leave one with a very easy drinking and flavorful taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the moderate side in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the mix of easy drinking tastes the moderateness of abv, the feel is great and makes for a very easy drinking beer.
Overall – This is a rather nice easy drinking but flavorful ale. Quite tasty!!
