An interesting beer. Much more a dessert beer than anything else. Chamomile is present on the nose and on the back end of the taste. The taste is almost milk chocolate like. Bit of a creamy feel with medium carbonation. Overall, enjoyable, and would pick up a 6-pack for the holiday season.

Clean tasting beer and tastes almost all like chocolate so missing a bit of actual beer taste but still great!

On tap at Thee Elbow Room in Montrose, CA.
Pours a hazy dark honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of roasted malt, cocoa powder, and toasted nut aromas. Taste is much the same with cocoa powder, nut, and vanilla flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice chocolate and vanilla combination in the taste.
Serving type: on tap.

Got this on tap poured into a tall snifter.
Smelled and tasted huge amounts of chocolate, which caught me and my friends off guard. Was very smooth with hardly any bitterness. Great for chocolate lovers.
