Aged in a Calumet barrel. Poured on tap at the source a clear yellowish gold under a half-inch thick white head which leaves sheet lace. Aroma is sweetness, candied apples, brandy, boozy, and butterscotch. Flavors follow with brown sugar sweetness, fruity apples, caramel. Full body and moderate carbonation. Finishes rich yet delicate. Main downside is charging $10 for a 10-ounce pour.
