Pours between dark khaki and light copper color. Smell is pine resin and some orange/lemon peel. Tastes is floral and piney with a prickly bite on the tongue and smooth finish. Nice complexity, and balance. Glad they are bottling this one, since I went back to get a growler fill of this beer, and they told me they aren't gonna keg it for a while. Great balance of a nice piney ipa with a touch of floral spice from the yeast..this beer Will pair nice with complex flavored dishes such as quail Isakaya style or charcoal-grilled, non-spicy or mil spice dishes, no dark meat, or heavy spiced dishes..best example of a belgi ipa to date.

Thanks to Guy for the share!
Golden-straw color, somewhat cloudy, with a cap of foamy white head; moderate retention and a bit of lacing on the glass. In the nose, Belgian yeast, some floral and piney notes, light citrus, bubblegum. Taste was pretty decent for the style, bready malts, spicy Belgian yeast, citrus pith, pine, bubblegum, with a slightly vegetal bitterness. Light-medium body. Nothing amazing, but not bad overall.

Pours a thin head on a dark straw colored body.
The aroma is pine forest with a bouquet of flowers in the background. Nice.
The taste is spicy bitter lemon with a fruity middle and finishes with a solid dry pine bitterness.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
I like the fruity flavors.
