Light orange and peach color, aroma was beautiful, still poppin' those chardonnay oak notes, hittin' with the heavily dry hopped aroma.
Taste was nice, easy drinking kettle soured ipa. I've only had 2 sour ipa's, but this was the better one, nice brett touch, nice oak, nice light body.

Mirky apricot flesh colored active head gone quickly. Smell is funky, dank, citrucy. Taste is funky sour lemon drop, then hints of pone and citrus. Malt profile is showing some straw and biscuity. Mouthfeel is dry and medium. Pair with goat cheese, dishes with chutneys.
