My label is pink.
Industry standard yellow color appearance, very light haze to it, 1/3" white head. Aroma hits the Mosaic half life notes, average amounts of tropical fruit, seemed like less weed vibe to it than most Mosaic beers. Simcoe is the bittering hop.
Taste is a standard banger, you have more of the older school bitterness supplied via Simcoe, still had the pine and red grapefruit notes. Mosaic still pushing guava, passion fruit, even a hint of Galaxy like (its not in here) pineapple feels. Body is relatively stripped and clean. Dry, with bonus effort from the pithy Simcoe bitterness, I would estimate in the 60ibu range. Carbonation just fine.
The beer didn't do anything you haven't literally had hundreds of times drinking beer in California alone. And that is part of its allure, its reliable, solid and not trying to reinvent the wheel. These are the beers that keep the lights on, delivering waves of hoppy goodness in a predictable package. I think I picked this one up in Truckee.

16oz can, served in a snifter glass. Pours a medium amber body with a lighter yellow hue, mildly cloudy, one finger white head, fair retention, not much lacing. Smell is primarily sweet caramel, a bit of toffee, pine resin, a bit of grapefruit. It smells like a very balanced, west coast-forward IPA, especially as it warms up. Flavour is similarly resinous, with a nice sweet caramel malt, light grapefruit flavour, moderate bitterness mixed in with caramel sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, good carbonation, mostly a balance of big caramel and a fair bit of resinous bitterness on the backend.

No canned date, but presumed fresh as recently brewed
Appearance - Pours crystal clear and golden yellow in color with a white, finger width head. Sub-par retention, resulting in a small, central island of suds and a thin ring around the edge of the glass. Not much for lacing aside from a few spots.
Smell - Classic west coast IPA aroma, with plenty of citrus and a touch of pine on the nose. Hints of bready malt.
Taste - Follows the nose. Strong grapefruit with lesser orange and pine character. Spice bites mid-taste, along with a touch of pineapple. Hop forward, but a touch of crackery malt can be found in the finish if one digs for it. Aftertaste lingers with pith bitterness and mild pine.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with moderate carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a crisp, dry finish.
Overall - Classic West Coast IPA. Very much in the mold of Russian River and Knee Deep IPAs. Not unique in the least, but very well executed and nigh crushable.
