No canned date, but I know it is fresh
Appearance - Pours hazy and dull orange in color with a half-finger width, off-white head. Sub-par retention results in a mostly barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Fresh apricot, lesser grapefruit juice with a hint of orange.
Taste - Follows the nose to a degree. Juicy apricot notes upfront with a splash of orange and passionfruit, then takes a bitter turn with slightly mellowed white grapefruit juice, acidic bite and all, in the finish that lingers well into the aftertaste. Love it!
Mouthfeel - Light to medium in body with light carbonation. Soft, almost velvety texture that makes this an easy drinker with a dry finish.
Overall - I was hesitant to try this one because I was expecting a super sweet and fruity apricot bomb, but this couldn't be any further away from what I was expecting. Very nice balance between the sweet, fruity start and the bitter grapefruit character in the finish. Definitely on my 'See it, Buy it' list.
