The beer pours out a light golden color, with 1 finger of white head------------- the aromas are very subdued with prominent pine and sweet pineapple syrup-------------- the flavors are of sweet peach up front, followed by pine and grapefruit pith, the beer has a medium mouthfeel with a bitter pine finish-------------- overall this beer was nice, it's a solid west coast double i was hoping for a little more though, felt a little on the lighter side--

6th Anniversary Release. Canned date 12/28/17
Appearance - Pours with a slight haze and golden yellow in color with a white, near finger width head. Fair retention results in a broken layer of suds and a light ring around the edge of the glass. Some broken lines and spotting make up the lace.
Smell - Pungent aroma fills the senses with hints of citrus, mild pineapple, stonefruit and toasted bready malts.
Taste - Follows the nose. Mild flavor that touches on notes of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and stonefruit with a solid amount of toasty malt backbone. Finishes much the same with lingering fruitiness and toasty malt.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with light carbonation, tingly carbonation. Slick, lightly velvety texture that turns slightly dry on the finish.
Overall - Despite the higher ABV, it reminds me of a more mellowed version of KS Aurora Hoppyalis. I dig it, but I'd just as soon grab the latter.

Pours a pale, hazy ,honey color with white head and plenty of lacing in a snifter. Nose is mildly non existent. Taste is very subtle hops and mild bitterness. Much more subtle than T7's other IPA's. Would make a great warm weather quaffer if not for the abv.

Can from 12/28/17 into a tulip glass.
L: Pours light golden with 2 fingers of medium density white head with some retention and left limited mixed lacing.
S: Mute floral, woody and earthy dominate, pine undertones on the nose. Wondering if there's Denali hops in there. Not super appealing for my preferences.
T: Mostly follows the nose, some biting citrus appears. Finishes with moderate bitterness, clears the palate relatively quickly.
F: Thinner bodied with medium-high carbonation, tingling lips/tongue, carbonation is biting and leaves beer fairly lively on the tongue.
O: I'd had a taster of this beer at their Anniversary event. Didn't buy cans then as its really not my preferences for my palate. Friend gifted me a can, its OK but glad I don't have anymore. Hope they return to the business model they used for the 5th Anniversary where they had multiple collaboration recipes/styles. Those were good to great, this is just OK for my preferences.
