Sweet rainbow sherbet ice cream, tart lime citrus, and hint of creamy vanilla nose on this one! Taste follows with a melted rainbow sherbet, hint of vanilla, and hint of fruity-lime citrus finish. I think they nailed what they were looking for here! If this had a little more creaminess to it and a slightly dialed back lime presence, this would be darn near perfect. This is delicious!
