Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly sweet malty, and hint of piney-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a tropical hoppy, mosaic dank, and piney-dank bitter finish. As it warms, Idaho 7 rears its head and some piney bitterness starts to dominate the backend. This is a tasty westie...good stuff!

Can pour- crystal clear golden straw color with fluffy white head leaving scattered foamy lacing. Nose and taste are a mosaic hop blast of yumminess ,oh my! This is as mosaic forward as can be with barely a hint of Idaho 7. Everything a proper WCIPA should be and then some. Outstanding.
