Hopheads will love Biting Curiosity West Coast DIPA. We brewed it for the 3 Floyds + Yakima Chief Alpha King Challenge: an annual IPA competition to crown the ultimate hop-forward beer.
Biting Curiosity is saturated with hop flavors thanks to a double dry-hopping of Amarillo Cryo + Mosaic Cryo. Cryo hops are hops that have been cryogenically processed leaving only the lupulin resin and oils without the vegetal material. The result is a truer hop expression with a more intense aroma and flavor.
Lurking within Biting Curiosity's dank, full hop profile are flavors of candied tangerine, orange oil, fresh blueberry, and a subtle undertone of lime, while an assertive bitterness balances its 8.3% ABV. it's 8.3% ABV. Go ahead, it won't bite.

Canned yesterday- clear golden straw color with white head leaving scattered frosty lacing. Nose has multiple layers of citrus and a bit of a dank note. Taste follows with some lingering bitterness on a slightly dry finish. Dry hopped with Amarillo and mosaic cryo. Tasty.
