12oz can from Toby. Clear amber, ring of foamy head. Aroma is leather and old tobacco. Sweet, toffee, but off. I cant qute place it, but not quite right.

I found this beer during the Oktoberfest season at my local college's sports bar. Amidst the sea of sub-par Michelob Ultras and Bud Lights, I spied this gem on their beer list. It was poured into a red Solo cup (wtf?). Has a decent head that dissipates within a minute. Tastes like rye bread which I'm not too fond of but it has a bold character and easy drinkability. What better way to celebrate Oktoberfest eh? Proust!!

Can poured into a snifter
Thin off white foam layer over translucent brown liquid. Looks like brewed tea. A Dunkel
Aroma of spicy hops,
Taste of malts, slight light hop taste
The mouth feel is thinner than the Bavarian beers
Nice beer
