I'm trying this at the brewery. It says its 9.5%abv.....and I don't get much bourbon in the nose or taste. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had sweet malt tones....with very faint bourbon. The taste was weird...bitter through the drink with faint bourbon waifs. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's not a great bourbon aged beer.....not worth more that a sample due to high abv vs payoff.
