Maybe the best sour I’ve tried, and I’ve been going through sours for a while. I want to fill my entire fridge up with these. Absolutely delicious

Canned 08/16/19.
A crisp, clear golden coloration. The carbonation is thin and clear, fizzling out quickly and leaving the beer flat in the glass.
Pink guava takes over on the nose. Passionfruit sweetness rounds out the low level of citrus acidity, and overall there's a great balanced tropicality to the aromas.
Much mellower than the nose, but still retaining a nice even balance of guava and passionfruit. Tart profile, with a re-emergence of that mild acidity that contrasts nicely with the lingering touch of salt in the finish. All in all, I like that the guava shines on the nose while the passionfruit takes charge on the palate.
Light-bodied and clean, with a soft, effervescent carbonation. Crisp, with that acid/salt balance mentioned previously rounding it all out well.
