(Caveat: I will try this again sometime and edit, in case I got very unlucky with a bad batch or poorly kept.) April or May 2012 bottling date, bought in Brussels a few months ago. Appearance of turgid ice tea, dull and heavily sedimented. Little head. Sawdust, cherry blossoms, caramel in the nose. Flavor of sour cherry, but more sweet than sour, with some cinnamon toast, something grassy. Quite thin and slippery in the mouthfeel.
