Pours a hazy golden-orange with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus zest, honey, and slight peach aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit juice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a peach presence that is fairly subtle and only comes out in the aroma to me.
