On tap at Monkey Paw in San Diego. Pours a golden amber with a small white head. Leaves lots if lacing on the glass. The smell is pure citrus hops with a slight piney ending. The taste is exceptional, well balance with little malt flavor. This is a great DIPA. A must have.

On tap at Mohawk Bend in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt and dank, earthy, and herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with a citrus zest flavor on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that tastes much better than it smells in my opinion.

Growler pour thanks to Brian of Bravery brewery
Look: Pours a yellowish orange color with a 1/2 inch white head and good retention with some spotty lace
Smell: Starts off with some pine and citrus notes and finishes with some nice spice notes
Taste: The flavors are a bit of a muddled mess. Quite a bit of pine up from with some orange and lemon zest that is backed up a malty backbone. Usually this is a pretty decent combination but not here the flavors just did not mesh well together
Mouthfeel: Medium in body with a fair amount of carbonation and a bit dry
Overall: This was just not a very good DIPA. I really hope they tweak the recipe or just can it and start fresh.
