Appearance:
The color a wind devil might take if it vacuumed up a vast quantity of bee pollen: a uniformly hazy yellow that’s nearly translucent with glimpses of whirling, bubbly debris inside. Clingy webbed lacing from a paper white head.
Bouquet:
A graceful introduction of floral pine resin that finishes with a sunny, citrus glow.
Feel:
A dignified medium body with a noble aeration of bubbles billow and snap the lordly cape of an ale that is somehow crisp and smooth all at once.
Taste:
True to its namesake, a galaxy of varietal hops swirl within. But unlike most pales that are hopped up, it’s a gentle swirl, like that of a peaceful creek. The ale exhibits tactful, piney bitterness, politely downplayed lemongrass, and doughy white bread.
Overall:
A uniquely well-mannered ale that comes across gentle yet robust.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Shaker pint glass, "PKG012320".
APPEARANCE: pours a beautiful, straw color with dense haze and one-finger white head, world class retention and heavy lacing on the glass, there is medium carbonation, hard to improve on the eyeball test.
SMELL: bread, pine and a flowery citrus note.
TASTE: the taste is subdued, initially sweet citrus and bread then a mild, piney hop profile on the finish, pleasant and refreshing but not overpowering.
PALATE: medium body and carbonation.
OVERALL: I really liked this beer, it's one of the best looking beers I have seen, the taste is not overpowering and the ABV 5.3% is low enough you can enjoy more than one in a sitting, I would buy this again and would recommend to anyone who enjoys the style.

-cloudy yellow-orange bottle pour with a bright white cap of fine foam and a faint earthy aroma.
The flavor is of orange zest and pine. The body is full and smooth for the style, a good way to feature Galaxy

Part of a variety 12 pack from Total Wine. Cloudy yellow on the pour into a pint glass from the bottle. Timid white head, almost no lacing. Some piney aroma on the nose. Flavor is a mix of citrus, some pine, and a tad of hoppy bitterness on the finish. Good, not great.

Part of a variety 12 pack from Costco. Poured into a pint glass from the bottle. One fingered white head, some lacing. Body of the beer is deep yellow. Some piney aroma on the nose. First sip is a bit citrusy, a bit piney, and some hoppy bitterness to clean up the palate. Nice mouth feel.

Purchased in a variety 12 pack at Legacy.
LOOK: Pours a hazy pale straw yellow with an embellished all white head that showed superior retention.
AROMA: Some sharp, aromatic hops of pine, along with grapefruit and orange rind.
TASTE: Moderately sour and bitter. Hops are more prominent, but some toasty malts are also evident.
More IPA like than Pale Ale.

Bottle dated 09/25/19
Translucent, lightly hazy, tangerine-juice orange, with one finger of fine, long-lasting white head. 1/2" of spotty lacing.
Smell is passion fruit, pineapple , candied orange rind, light (solventy) pine, and slight biscuity malt.
Taste more-or-less follows the aroma, but less sweet . Light pleasant bitterness throughout, with a lingering grapefruit pith flavor.
Feel is smooth, slightly creamy , with mild carbonation burn coming in towards the end.
Overall , enjoyable, easy-drinking, and with no notable flaws, even at three months old.
