I've had this beer in my cellar since I purchased it in the winter of 1986. If I remember correctly, this was the last year that Anchor did an OSA that was not spiced.
A: deep copper color, clear, great rocky head
S: malty nose, dry, oxidation noticeable but not incredibly bad for 24 years!
T: a bit thin and watery, no noticeable hops, sweet up front, oxidized but not overpowering, held up well for its age, almost sherry like
M: thin, watery, slight oxidation
D: after 24 years not too bad but not a beer I'd sit down and have a few of
