Light amber color with a mild haze. Long lasting head that leaves an impressive near blanket of continuous lace on the glass.
Lots of sweeter caramel smells, very English. Weaker floral hop.
The flavor profile mimics the smell. Again, the malt base is caramelized with some overtones of lightly toasted white bread. The hop is like black pepper with a bitter bite. The body is richer (like the English version). The carbonation features very minute bubbles. Longer aftertaste.
