Had this from a growler pour on 2/21/14, in the scheme of things this is a very drinkable IPA the Rye lingers in the background with a very pleasant spicy finish, acceptable lacing in the glass and a spicy smell, you could drink a lot of this on a hot day but if you"re a hop head this might not quite cut it as a IPA, nevertheless kudos to Rapp for brewing a style a beer that many brewers don't attempt.
P.S. I would love to see this aged in a bourbon barrel.
