Appearance: Arrives with a tea brown color capped by an inch of foam that leaves shards of lacing behind
Smell: Dark wheat bread, banana and spices
Taste: Dark wheat bread up front with a developing banana spice cake aspect; the spices build after the swallow and become rather peppery
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Nice example of the style with a peppery finish
