On-tap at Rapp Brewing Company, Seminole, FL
A: The beer is clear dark yellow in color and does not have any visible carbonation. It poured with a thin layer of white bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass. It left lots of lacy rings of bubbles running down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of dark malts and bits of smoke are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of dark malts along with hints of licorice and yeast.
M: It feels medium-bodied, clean and very smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a nice smooth and clean mouthfeel.
