Not as smokey as many of the German examples but still very much true to style.

On-tap at Rapp Brewing Company, Seminole, FL
A: The beer is clear dark yellow in color and does not have any visible carbonation. It poured with a short, thin off-white head that died down and left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of smoked wheat are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a light flavors of smoke along with faint bits of saltiness and lemons.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and isn't too smoky.
Serving type; on-tap
