Hazy pale pastel canary yellow, thin froth and lacing around the edges.
Fruity aroma of lemon and vague passionfruit. Yeasty, wheaty.
Taste is nicely fruity, solely from the yeast and lacto strain apparently, which is impressive.
Clean and crisp, lightly tart, effortlessly drinkable. Carb on the light side.
Unique and very drinkable, stands out from the many dozens of other Berliners out there.
