A - no head, and lightly hazy, golden body.
S - pear, light malt and some peppery character.
T - Bananas clove and smoke up front, some fruit in the middle and a finish of banana, smoke and toffee.
M - medium body, low carbonation, and a sweet finish.
D - not a great belgian, the yeast character is interesting if a bit odd, but the lack of carbonation and sweet finish make for a cloying beer.
