Reviewing batch 2 poured from a bottle into a HF stemmed glass.

Pours a dark, ice tea color with a light tan head that fades quickly leaving a nice ring, which in turns leaves a decent lacing.

Smells quite sour and acidic with oak and lemon.

While the taste follows the aroma, it doesn't quite meet the expectations that was set up by the nose. Slightly tart with a bit of caramel and yeast.

Feel is good. Brew has a good amount of carb and is quite dry.

Overall this is quite nice.

Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at his tasting.

Pours a hazy dark orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with malt, grain, fruit, and funk aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour grain, fruit, and acidic flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty with a nice fruity presence all around.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Hazy copper body. Big white head. Some lacing and a nice collar.

Smell - Lemony and yeasty. Some oak and acidity. Some faint unsweet caramel.

Taste - Lemon again and very yeasty. Oak and caramel, but not sweet. Pleasantly tart.

Mouthfeel - Well carbonated. Light. Tart.

Overall - It's got that standard Sante Adairius yeast character that overwhelms any subtlety, but that yeast character is nice.
