This is a pale ale in the same vein as Bell's Two Hearted or Hill Farmstead Edward. Very fresh, delicious hops are the dominant impression. I was told the hops include Centenniel, Simcoe, Warrior and Citra. I'd say it tasted something like Two Hearted (I believe both share Centenniel hops if not others) with some overtones of Heady Topper. Two of my favorite beers, and not surprisingly, this is probably my favorite beer that I've had from them. It wasn't easy unseating Saison Bernice from the top of the Sante Adairius pantheon but they succeeded here. Outstanding beer.
