Labeled 22c Wood-Aged Beer 750 ml Tridpod (Brandy) Tripel Aged in Brandy Barrels 9.4% ABV.
Cellared 2 to 3 years - an early Sante beer Tim gave us. Served at cellar temperature - had to open carefully. Typical aged Sante nose and taste - funky and wonderful - amazing how these beers develop character and complexity. Quite tart but not overwhelmingly so. We are so lucky to have such a great brewery here in Santa Cruz County. Thanks Adair and Tim!:
