Took a shot on this guy for a growler fill at the source for the warriors game tonight. citra and mosaic from sante? the odds are in my favor
growler into a sante tulip
looks fantastic in the glass bright straw yellow, completely hazy. 2-3 fingers of head
mosaic up front and center! some wheat in the back end. pretty straight forward
taste follows the nose, lots of mosaic hops and citra up front over a nice wheat backbone, low amount of bitterness
body is right where i want it to be, good carb
overall this isn't earth shattering but it's damn tasty and easy to crush a growler while watching the warriors stomp out the mavs. if i see it again on tap i'll likely get a growler fill again
