On draft in a pint glass, cloudy, rustic orange color with a half finger white head. Smells pretty dank with subtle fruit. Has some citrus fruit and resin. Kind of light on the sweet side. Soft carbonation with a creamy texture.

750ml growler, filled on 4.20.18, poured into a 12oz chardonnay stemmed glass.
The beer pours a hazy orange color, copper and golden hues with a foamy white head, about two fingers tall that has excellent retention and fantastic swatches of lacing. The aroma is very nice, earthy and grassy, light pine, wildflower with some citrus rind, light pale grain and mineral water. The flavors are good, strong earthiness, grassy, piney, resinous hop oil, dandelion and earthier wildflower character with some citrus peel, light pineapple with a strong water profile and light cereal grains. The mouthfeel is good, coating medium body, a bit slick with moderate carbonation and an easy finish that is quite dry.
Verdict: A very good IPA from Sante Adairius. Nice expression of Amarillo hops, earthy but with some nice tangy citrus and tropical fruits. The balance is good, makes for a very approachable and easy going IPA.
