On tap.
L: Dark honey yellow in color. Very murky appearance. No head, completely opaque.
S: Citrus, melon, honey, black pepper and grassy hop complex with mild dankness.
T: Fruit-forward citrus initially, then it trancends into a dank resinous WC flavored ipa. Slightly oaty flavor the the beer as well.
F: Medium in body and weight. Really smooth and borderline creamy, but lacks the weight that I feel necessary in beers of the style.
O: Really great. Need to try more IPAs from SARA. I am very glad to have tried. Cheers!
