On tap at the brewery opening. Pours an orangey gold with a compact off-white head. Lemony notes throughout the aroma and flavor, with a moderate acidity and funky/chlorine brett influence. Nice pale malty finish comes through once the tartness fades but the brett remains, sort of similar to the ultra-dry bretty bready finish of Orval. I also get an herbal/minty hoppiness, though minor, that lends some complexity.
