On tap at the brewery opening. Pours dark gold with a creamy solid tan head leaving thick sheets of lacing. Big banana oil notes in the aroma and flavor, coupled with some bubblegum. Banana candy sweetness with a tartness midpalate and a dry finish and light bitterness. Very drinkable. On the sweet side for my palate, but it was a hit with much of the wit/hefe crowd.
