750ml bottle poured into a matching Sara snifter. The brew appears a perfectly clear polished yellow color with a fizzy white head.
Aroma of lemon zest, apple and pear skins. Slight accenting fruited quality and earthiness. Almost has a vinous or cidery feel at times.
Tastes tart with earthiness, dusty grain and lemon zest. Very clean and enjoyable.
Light body with moderate to lighter carbonation but still effortlessly drinkable. A very nice brew. Thank you CParles!
