On tap at the brewery. Pours nearly black with a dense tan head. Aroma is roasty with some rye and miscellaneous spicing. Flavor is toasted bread with hard acidic roastiness, some lighter chocolate influence, and an earthy peppery spiciness. Not sure what spices were used but they’re pretty subtle and well-integrated. Silky Belgian mouthfeel.
