On cask at the brewery. Pours a nice clear orange peel color with a thin white head and a Cascade hop cone as a garnish. Big orange and grapefruit notes from the hops as well as some funky pineapple influence from the brett. Very hoppy and lightly tart with a dry bitter finish. Just a tiny bit of soapiness and astringency in the back.
