Sample served on tap at the brewery. Aged in red wine barrels. Pours almost totally black with a light tan head. Cocoa and chocolate aroma, lightly tart, a bit Flandersy. Flavor is winey and a bit vinegary with a somewhat roasty finish, berries, dark chocolate.
