On tap at the brewery. Pours an extremely cloudy goldenrod color with a lasting pure white head. Bright tropical citrus aroma, oranges and grapefruit mainly. Flavor is really vivid with a grove worth of tropical fruit: pineapple, grapefruit and tangerine. If you made a weak screwdriver out of Dole tropical citrus juice, you might get something similar to this beer. The brett is faint in this young beer, manifesting in some of the pineapple character but making its presence known more strongly in the light body and dry finish. Still, all the hops give it a somewhat oily palate. This is not a beer for the faint of heart. Massively hoppy, seriously bitter. This is really a triple IPA.
