On tap at the brewery. Pours an unclear bronze with a light grapefruit colored tinge. Aroma is pleasantly plummy, with equal parts sweet and tart. Flavor has a nice acidic bite, like chewing on a lemon peel, along with kumquat, plum skin. Hits every square inch of the palate with an even sourness, not overwhelming at all. Dry and smooth. Will probably get better as the brett does its thing.
