On tap at the brewery. Hazy golden pour with a dense white head. Aroma crackles with acidity and brett, lemon/lime and cheesy horseblanket notes. Flavor is brimming with brett and lacto, key lime yogurt, slight remnants of its banana/stone fruit base beer, dry grassy barny finish. Some buttery oaky notes as well. A sublimely soured saison, and the first indication that SARA has its own house character. Great balance between the lacto and brett, all from the barrel.
