The variability of ratings on SARA hops is fascinating. Being new to the peninsula I need to drink more to understand if it's simply a variability of the product or if it's a style preference. So far, I've got nothing to complain about with the product. I've enjoyed all the hoppy beers I've had from them. They definitely veer a bit more to the bitter, a watery body (which I like - almost a merger of their saison feel with hops), and a blended hop profile rather than single hop juice bombs. There's usually a grain note to them as well. That rusticity man!

This tastes like it has a cinnamon roll in it. Lots of sweetness with nothing to balance it out and really not much in terms of hops presence. yet to have an IPA from SARA that I really like...they seem very unbalanced and overdone.

Straw ran color with tightly laced foam.
Aroma of grass and straw.
Drying finish with a grassy straw dank hop basis.
I guess I don’t have much more to add to this review right now.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
