On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma shows a lot of the lacto influence, bursting with black cherry yogurt notes especially. Some mild bretty phenols, roasted malts and milky coffee. Flavor has a roasted malt base with a strong rye tinge, lactic and acetic acidity, unripe grapes and cherries. Nice stuff, a good blend of roasty/malty and sour.
