On tap at the brewery. Pours an almost milky gold color with a creamy white head. Bright lemon-lime aroma with a rather lactic kombucha undercurrent. Flavor tends toward lemon, unripe kumquat, key lime, and unflavored probiotic drinks. For a 100% brett beer, this has an awful lot of lacto influence. Must be the lovely house character they’re developing here. The sourness is pretty much medium in intensity, with a nice dry bretty finish. A little fruit and a little phenol in the aftertaste from the brett.
