Had two of these on tap at Sante Adairius, poured into a tulip glass...
A - Burnt orange, but transluscent. Very thin head, quickly dissipated.
S - Funky fresh with citrus peel, nectarines, yogurt, and wheat fields.
T - Tart, funky, bitter orange peel, grapefruit, peach yogurt, and saltiness from the ocean. What an awesome combo.
M - Feels great, high carbonation, yet does not take away from the flavors in the beer. Finishes dry and leaves the feeling that kombucha leaves in your mouth, kind of like a sour spiciness.
O - What a great beer. I went in looking for something else, and decided to give this a try, and what a pleasant surprise. I will definitely get this again if they have it next time I drop by, and I hope they bottle this in the near future so I can take it home...

On tap at the brewery for the 1-year anniversary party. Pours a dark orange color. Aroma is tart and yeasty with meyer lemon, vague peach syrup and brett. Flavor follows with a bit more malt and wheatiness, pleasantly tart, with maybe a hint of saltiness. A nice easygoing gose.
