On tap at the SARA one-year anniversary party. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma is hugely peaty, with some meat, asphalt, and charred coffee. Flavor follows with peat and dark chocolate, maybe some more red fruitiness compared with the regular Bitumen. Bitter and tarry and somehow very tasty.
