On tap at the brewery. Pours nice gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is a melange of citrus rinds, grapefruit especially. Flavor follows with a ton of grapefruit rind and a very bitter, lengthy finish. Malt takes a back seat; this is all about oily hoppiness on the back of the palate.

A: Light copper color with a hint of cloudiness from the loads of hops!
S: Hints of hops in the nose. Had this on tap at Good Karma in San Jose, Ca. The fan above was blowing at a cat 3 hurricane force. I have a hunch it was clearing the hop aroma before it could hit my nose.
T: Outstanding tropical flavors, well rounded hop profile. Balanced, mostly hop flavor, not excessive bitterness.
M: Clean, crisp, refreshing. Just right amount of carbonation!
O: Excellent beer from an amazing brewery. Hard to find their beers even though the brewery is just 30 miles from San Jose, but well worth seeking out their beers!
