a sour with oranges, kind of gose-esque, even without the coriander and salt elements, citrusy and bright, tangy but not too sour, definitely not a lambic as its listed here, not wild at all from what i gather, but still more fermentation forward than a lot of front end sours are, and still with some of the funk i have liked in other beers from these guys. this is the first i have seen from them in a can, hopefully means more are on the way to the states, this is a killer brewery and a little more distribution would be a good thing! hazy and pale washed out yellow looking without much head but with enough bubbles when i drink it. honest navel orange and tangerine character, not sweet at all to drink, and not overly fruited in the slightest, clean lemony lactic tang, and some drying brine character too at the end, wheaty and earthy, even raw to me, barley boiled or cooked on the grain side, simple and good, refreshing, but less refined than i wanted it to be, sedimented and a little heavier when it warms up, slightly wild, a saison ester, some light peppery character, and the bright fresh natural orange. this is good, but its not amazing as i hoped it would be, but i am glad to have been able to purchase this in idaho and i hope to see more of their beer show up here. good price on this, great orange character, like a tart wit with some fruit, a summer drinker.

330ml can, canned 04/03/2020. Poured into a tulip.
Look: murky pale straw colour, about .5 cm of head that quickly dissipates to nothing. Looks fine.
Smell: I'm getting orange juice, bitter orange peel, some mandarin in there too. There is some sourness on the nose as well. I like it.
Taste: The mandarin is there, a little bit more prominent on the taste as the orange and peel takes a back seat. There is a touch of citrusy sourness, as well as a bit of sweetness in here too. It reminds me of the San Pellegrino blood orange soft drink a little bit.
Feel: lighter bodied, prickly carbonation towards the back of the palate, the sourness makes the mouth water. Not a huge length of flavour.
Overall: I enjoyed it, but I don't think I could have more than 2-3 of them in a session.
