On-draught @ the brewery:
The raspberry and cherry comes through in spades, landing with a powdery softness cut by highly acidic twang and sharpness. Lactobacillus bacteria, subdued woodsy flavour, wild yeast.
One of the better sour ales brewed in Australia. A bit too thin and light bodied to invite comparisons to something like Cantillon, but it's almost in the same ballpark - and that's something in itself.
B+ / VERY GOOD
