Appearance: Poured from the 500mL brown glass bottle into a 300mL glass. The beer is a gold color with some orange notes. Head is pure white, frothy, and sticks to the sides of the glass. Retention is pretty good.
Smell: Very clean, unoffensive smell with no real malt character. Grassy with light hints of honey and orange.
Taste: Very light and sweet character with an apple taste most notably. Some grain or bread maybe. However, there is also an off soapy taste lurking in there that gets in the way of enjoying the brew.
Drinkability: The lightness of the been means I could session this, but I don't really want to... Better Bulgarian beers are out there.
